Chronic pain, illness, and stress can narrow our world and leave us feeling stuck. When the nervous system becomes caught in patterns of protection, movement can feel restricted, symptoms can persist, and it may seem like your body is working against you.

My work is centered on helping you experience something different.

Through somatic approaches and therapeutic movement, we create opportunities for the nervous system to discover new possibilities. A subtle shift in sensation, an easier movement, or a moment of expanded awareness can begin to interrupt old patterns and create space for change.

These experiences allow the nervous system to update its expectations. As awareness grows, so does the ability to perceive new options, new sensations, and new ways of relating to pain. What once felt fixed can begin to feel flexible. What felt stuck can begin to move.

Healing does not begin by fixing the pain. It begins by creating the conditions for the nervous system to perceive something new.
